Elia Garces, has lived in Granbury since 1992.  She’s gained many friends in the community through her love of helping people. She has been a Top Multi-Million Dollar Producer since she began Real Estate and has received many awards. Among them are; Top Producer in Dollars, Listings and Units, Quality Service Awards, Soaring Star, Pacesetter’s Award, Agent’s Agent, Emerald Award and in the Top Agents List in the North Texas. 

As a REALTOR, most of her business has been through “Referrals”. She loves to serve and believes in going the extra mile. She has gone far and beyond the required education and has over 530 hours in Real Estate education, and has received several designations: Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), Short Sales and Foreclosures (SFR) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce.
